Terms of service

UnderAround connects customers with independent photographers. The photographer performs the session; UnderAround handles discovery, scheduling, payment, escrow and delivery.

Prices are shown inclusive of the UnderAround service fee. Payment is authorised at booking and held in escrow. Funds are released to the photographer after you confirm delivery, or automatically once the auto-release window elapses without a dispute.

Refunds follow the published cancellation tiers, based on how far ahead of the session the cancellation happens and who cancels. Reschedules keep the escrow in place.

Edited photos and videos are delivered through your in-app gallery within the package delivery window. Revisions can be requested from the gallery.

Photographers retain copyright; you receive a personal, worldwide licence to use the delivered images. Commercial use requires the photographer's written agreement.

Off-platform payments, harassment, unsafe meeting requests and misrepresented portfolios lead to removal from the marketplace.

UnderAround's liability for a session is limited to the amount paid for that session, to the extent permitted by law.
